Balloon Care Guide:​

How long will the balloons last? – This is probably the one of the most frequently asked questions that we get! The answer is not simple as it depends on the type of balloon, if they are air or helium filled and how they are looked after. Below is a guide and some care instructions for our balloons:

All balloons are sensitive to temperature and don’t like it too hot or too cold – they are fussy! We recommend to keep them away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, direct sunlight, conservatories, hot cars etc. as it can cause them to burst! The same applies to cold weather. All balloons will deflate in cold temperatures but once they warm up, they should come back to life! Room temperature is best to get the maximum float time. Make sure you keep your balloons away from open windows/doors too! You don’t want to lose them, or blow them into sharp objects. Avoid leaving balloons in the car for a long period of time.

Please remember that all balloons have a mind of their own and there are always exceptions to the rule!

Burst or damaged balloons can present a choking hazard and should be disposed of immediately. You should supervise children at all times and keep all balloons away from pets to ensure they do not ingest or get themselves tangled in the ribbon which could result in serious injury of death.

Although we use the best quality balloons unfortunately this does not prevent them from popping, we do however take every precaution necessary to protect the balloons and ensure they last for the duration of your event. Once we have left the venue or the balloons have left our possession we do not accept any liability for any damage.
